Jump Button Wipeout Interview
The interview I did with Jump Button column over at video game weblog GameSetWatch has been posted. The piece is a discussion about my work on the Wipeout Pure PSP game I designed a level for some time ago. The direct link to the interview is here. I was able to ramble on about how much I loved designing the track and how I’d love to do more game design. If anyone needs a game designing, I’m your man!
Paris Hair 80’s Titles
Hi! I’ve just been back to 1985 in my time machine and taped the credits to the detective show I used to star in. Unfortunately my VHS player chewed the tape but I managed to save this fragment, sorry for being such a tease!
Hunt My EGG
My friends at MOO have decided to have a bit of fun over the next two weeks by holding a worldwide Egg Hunt. They have hidden eggs in their products, their site, their friend’s sites and in the ‘Great Outdoors’. Each day there’ll be new eggs to find, with clever clues appearing in their blog.
There are some great prizes to be won including MOO discounts and freebies, Flickr pro accounts, Blurb discounts and freebies, Etsy discounts or gift baskets, Timbuk2 discounts, Ponoko ’make’ discounts, Styleshake dresses and Picnik premium accounts.
You can also play to win the ’Ultimate Egg Basket’. This contains a selection of wonderful goodies, including a digital SLR, a range of MOO’s partner’s prizes and a selection of English treats. There’s also a very cute handmade bunny, crafted by Kim, one of the *real* people at MOO.
To take part, and to find out more, head over to http://www.moo.com/egghunt/
I have hidden an egg somewhere on my site, can you find it?
If you need a clue, the egg is clearly on show.
ALLOW IT!
British Gangsters
I had a vision of a Psychedelic crime caper shot in lurid technicolour in 1966. Imagine a Graham Green thug (Pinky, Brighton Rock) on acid or a tripped out version of the gangsters in The Italian Job - all hip rhyming slang and pink suits. But until the film gets made though we’ll have to make do with the poster I’ve made for it… Anyone want to start working on the soundtrack? (CLICK on the image to see the full poster.)
Moo time for you
Those lovely folks over at Moo stickers have added me as one of their featured designers. You can now choose from a selection of my designs and have them printed in a variety of media including stickers postcards and greetings cards. GET OVER THERE now and check them out, they’re a perfect gift any time of the year, not just for Christmas.
