Paris Hair is the nom de plume of me, Neil McFarland.

I am the co-founder and CEO of 'First Light Games' a young mobile games studio based in London.

Prior to First Light as​ ​Director​ ​of​ ​Games​ ​at​ ​'Ustwo​ ​Games', I ​collected​ ​2​ ​Baftas,​ ​an​ ​Apple​ ​Design​ ​award​ ​and​ ​Apple​ ​Game of​ ​the​ ​Year​, ​alongside​ ​almost​ ​every​ ​other​ ​significant​ ​industry​ ​accolade​ ​for​ ​the ​mobile​ ​game 'Monument​ ​Valley'.​ ​Our team​ ​then​ ​also​ ​created​ ​the​ ​first​ ​significant​ ​and​ ​profitable​ ​mobile​ ​VR title​​ '​Lands​ ​End'​ . We then following this with​ ​one​ ​of​ ​the​ ​most​ ​successful​ ​premium​ ​mobile​ ​titles of​ ​all​ ​time,​ ​Monument​ ​Valley​ ​2. Nice.

I began my working life drawing comics before moving into illustration and animation. Through grit and determination I have built my career by adapting to the ever changing landscape and opportunities of commercial art.

Professionally I have always​ ​strived​ ​to​ ​create​ ​the​ ​definitive, most​ ​suitable​ ​content​ ​for​ ​each​ ​newly​ ​emerging​ ​technology​ ​platform​ ​or​ ​hardware and have been fortunately placed to work at the forefront of most from the beginning.
